Whenever I add a new theme to my layout directory and then change my preferences to use the new theme, the preferences page works under the new theme but when I go to the home page link I get an error.

Template Error: filename: file /home/content/s/r/f/mydir/html/layout/wp/archivestorytext.thtml does not exist.
Halted.

I am sure this is a path that needs to be edited but I dont know which code to edit.

Any ideas?

You are trying to use a theme that has not been updated for GL 1.3.10. You can copy the storytext.thtml and the storybodytext.thtml file to the new archive templates.

GL 1.3.10 allows you to specify a different set of templates for archived stories. But you will have more template changes to make as well.

Review the documentation on theme/template changes.
