Changing table width of xSilver theme?

I want to change the table width of my xSilver theme to make it wider. I browsed thru the css file but I don't believe that is where it is. How can I change the width?

It should be in header.thtml.

a place to start would be header.thtml about line 68 and the outermost table width, which is 780px by default.
