Theme Release: True Blue

Just a note to say I've released a new theme - it's available on my site to download, and should be available on Squatty.com too soon as I've just made use of Squatty's rather genius upload script - so you can see it in action at my site (although it's propagating between servers at the moment so bear that in mind if you have problems getting to me!).
