Improve block admin screen with new column

Hi,I\'m installing gl 1.3.6 and have noticed that the block admin screen lists all the blocks nicely but does not have a column to show if the block is enabled/disabled. Caused me no end of grief when I was convinced the menu plugin wasn\'t working when it was actually a block that wasn\'t enabled.
Just a thought for the dev team.
