Forum Plugin 2.8.0 - BETA 2

The Geeklog community members have released a second BETA version of the Forum plugin v2.8.0, which is now available for download.
Please note that this is a BETA release meant for testing only and not for production use.
There have been a small number of bugs fixed since the BETA 1 release. Please read more below for the full list of fixes.
Issues fixed since Beta 1:
- Fixed use of multibyte functions
- Fixed possible error when creating a topic
- Fixed ability to delete messages on the Admin Messages tab
- Fixed Anonymous users not being able to post messages in some cases
