Geeklog 1.3.10 released

I upgraded from 1.3.9sr1 and my site is hosed now. New stories are
randomly read-only for the author. Stories can't be edited by authors
even when have Edit Access. Story Admins no longer can edit. The
super admin is the only user that can edit anything. How did my
permissions get blown? Should I roll back to 1.3.9 and leave it?

Ah! It was the templates, english.php and an incorrect permission
setting for a topic. Got it all figured out. Thanks!
