Theme changes will be documented in docs/theme.html#changes, as usual. That sections (in CVS) looks suspiciously short, though - have to double-check that it's up to date ...

Alternatively, you could wait for the first beta / release candidate and develop your new theme based on the 1.5 Professional theme.

Well, my new, very clean and CSS based, theme is nearly finished, so I'll take the risk of changing something afterwards :-)
