Geeklog v2.2.1 - Installer Fix #2

Please note a second bug was found that deals with Upgrading Geeklog to v2.2.1. If you don't use the default table prefix, the Geeklog upgrade will fail trying to update the topic assignments table.

To fix this you will need to replace the fixed mysql_2.2.0_to_2.2.1.php file found in the Geeklog Github repository.
