Another Stripslashes missing

The addition to make static pages the home page is missing stripslashes. Fix entered in bugtrack. 612888

staticpage as frontpage block problem

The staticpage as frontpage \"feature\" doesn\'t recornize the layout directive for leftblocks only.

If I display the staticpage by itself, it shows with only the leftblocks.

If I use the new staticpage as frontpage \"feature\" I get both left and right blocks.
