Typo in README

There is a typo in the README, it states that $_CONF['emailuserloginrequired'] should be set to 1, but instead it should be set to 0 for the email admin link to appear.

This should become core code

If I could make one request for something that should become part of the Geeklog core code, I would STRONGLY recommend this. In this day and age, spam bot registration is becoming quite a nuisance. The best way to combat this is to prevent it from happening in the first place. This is a good hack in the right direction and should curb this behavior drastically (at least until they figure out a way around this).
