Question: Where can I change the text ...?

Answer: All the texts that Geeklog uses are stored in the language files in the /path/to/geeklog/language/ directory. There's one file for each supported language (e.g. english.php for English).

Please note that plugins use their own language files, usually found in /path/to/geeklog/plugins/pluginname/language/.
