Charter Communications does not offer server technology for residential service.

For testing purposes, can Geeklog be installed on my computer with PHP and Net Framework installed?? :helpme: :helpme:

Yes. See What are the system requirements for Geeklog? (which doesn't list MS SQL yet - that's supported as of Geeklog 1.4.1)
