Forum Subject: Trouble Installing SmartFTP

I tried downloading SmartFTP and when it tries to install I get the following error message:
Error reading from file C:\Documents and Settings\Turk loCC\Local Settings\Temp\IXP000.TMP\SmartFTP.msi

Verify that the file exist and that you can access it.

My OS is windows XP.
My firewall is offf

Try re-downloading it from http://www.download.com/3001-2160_4-10713627.html Also, notate where you saved it on your hard drive. Then click on that file, most likely SFTPMSI.exe Michael

I tried re-downloading it, nothing
I noted where it is at. on the hard drive: C:\Documents and Settings\Turk loCC\My Documents\Symantec
unable to install it from this location either.

You may want to contact the developers then - this doesn't seem to have anything to do with Geeklog ...
