Forum Subject: Plugin Installs - too complicated

Having to manually install plugins is like pulling nose hairs, especially when you have to go back n forth to reset file permissions, i don't mean to be whinny but if i can't just simply upload a plugin and click or type in install without it working first first, there's something wrong. I shouldn't have to play with files or adjust php settings, just a thought
there has to be a better way no ?, I've never had this much issue with plugins, Geeklog interests me but i can't install any plugins
and who created these captcha images here they had to be smoking crack because they are barely readable by the human eye, unless that was what was intended
i thought it was to beat the bots
