Is there anyway to change the color of the fonts for headers or headings I mean, for example
TEST
*this is a test*
So for the word in capitals "TEST", I want to make that a different color. Can this be done easily?

Sounds like you should be looking at the stylesheet (style.css) and the CSS rules for headlines (h1, h2, ...) in there.
