Guys, I installed Geeklog, it rocks. The only thing I can't realize is how to manage/modify the links I get at top:

contribute /web resources /past polls calendar / advanced search / site statistics

How to remove them/change their names?

These links are in the templates for the theme you are using, supposedly the Yahoo theme. Have a look at /path/to/geeklog/public_html/layout/Yahoo/header.thtml
