Hey Dirk, How do you add that cool blue color scheme to your filemgmt plugin?

It's not my plugin, it's Blaine's.

You can use the following CSS classes to define the colors for the plugin: filemgmtbg1, filemgmtbg2, filemgmtbg3, filemgmtbg4.

You probably need to play around with them a bit (or simply steal them from the stylesheet on Blaine's site ...).
