I added the weather block and then tried adding the bridge to incorporate phpBB... after the bridge was installed everything stopped working. I rolled back and removed the bridge but now login/logouts don't work. Where can I start looking to figure out why no one can log in or out any more? I think I messed up cookies somehow, but I'm not sure. Help!! :-)

Things to check: Is the gl_users table still there? Can you log in when you request a new password? bye, Dirk

No. The new password is sent and the user is created, but I still can't login.

Hmm, that's strange ... So you're saying you created a new user account but could not log in with the password you got for that account? I've never used the bridge, but does it require changes to users.php? If so, replace that file with a copy from the Geeklog tarball. Also, clearing your cookies may help. That's about all I can think of. You might want to contact the author of the CMS bridge - maybe he has some idea what went wrong. bye, Dirk
