Themes for GL are hard to edit at time and it'll be great to have say, a webpage that will generate the theme automatically. You specify what color you want as border, where you want your logo, you copyright text, what are your copyright text, overall layout of the theme, site logo etc etc, it'll be generated and ask that you download and install it and viola! Possible? Just thinking aloud...

Sure, it's possible. Some ISPs offer automatic theme generators. They make it easy for a brand new person or someone who doesn't know HTML. This might require quite a bit of work though.

Yup, some ISPs offer disk space to their customers to host personal websites. They usually have a nice template builder. Mine does. Some webhosts offer this too.
