I created The Grid Report with GeekLog. I looked at pretty much all of the content management software out there (slashcode, phpnuke, postnuke, etc.) and chose GeekLog because I love PHP and it is really straightforward to setup and understand.

I am pretty sure your breaking the GPL license as well, since you so kindly removed the link to geeklog and powered by geeklog from the footer.
