When I see a story posted, if there are no comments, I can see "Post a Comment" to the story.

However, after one comment has been posted, I see only "Reply to this"
under the comment itself. The "Post a Comment" under the main story disappears after the first comment, and I don't see a way to start another toplevel comment.

I must be having a visual block problem. I can't seem to find this anywhere, not on other geeklog sites as well. After I see the first comment, I can't seem to find the magic button to post a comment to the main story. Only "reply to this" for other comments.

Where is it?

There's a "Reply" button in the bar between the story and the comments.
