access the site but to no avail.

Yep, mine's like that to. When I do a connectivity test, the first connection gets a forbidden error and the second one is ok. I'm guessing that's why I can still pull in the forecasts?.

Sorry, no real help here. I'm just glad to see it's not just me and something that I did wrong...
