Try some of the links here. From these, it seems you need to repair the database.

I did the repair when I first noticed it. That's the easy part. I just can't figure out how that happens, and it happens about 1 or 2 times every couple months.

If I don't check the site for a few days that can be real bad. In this instance, I got a call from someone who said they've been getting an SQL error for two days. Doh!
