I've started to write a plugin to add an extra field to the story editing page in the admin area.
One issue I've found is that you can't appear to trigger a function when entering the page. For example, you can call plugin_profilevariablesedit_ when entering the user profile editing screen but a similar function doesn't appear to exist for the story admin page.
Any pointers appreciated.
