Hi,

When entering a Poll and choosing a name for the poll (The ID) with a ä or other, the comments dont work anymore for this poll. The poll function is storing the umlaute in another format than the comments, but only for the poll-ID. The Comment-ID is stored properly.

I am running UTF-8 in all the pages.

Geeklog 1.3.10 will only allow character a-z, digits, the dash '-' and the underscore '_' in IDs (for polls, topics, static pages, and stories).
