Hello, I have had OS Commerce integrated into my site for a while now and have had customers place orders. I currently only use the paypal form of payment. So far when I get orders the only way I know is that I get an email from paypal saying the funds are deposited.

If I go to the admin page of OSC under the customers tab, it shows the correct number of customers but doesn't show any of there information? Also under the orders tab it shows 0 orders and the in stock product quantities never change.

Any ideas? Heres a shot of the customer panel:

osCommerce doesn't require the address and other info until a user places an order. So all your customers will be blank unless they have ordered something.
Yes I am mental.

I'm aware of that, found it in a couple searches, but I have customers placing orders and the lists are still blank. It doesn't even show there screen name.

Copy and paste these into your address bar to see what I mean:

Screenshot 1

Screenshot 2

At least 50% of the people in the list have placed orders and the list is still blank... The list gets longer as more members add in but the info is still blank. Also as you can see on the second screen shot, the orders show 0 of 0 where I have had at least 20 orders...

Did you ever get the issue resolved that you had with the oscommerce plugin. Also have you took a look at zen-cart? Not sure if you are familiar with it but it is based on oscommerce it is completely free, and it has easy to change php based templates as well as a new css version. I was an oscommerce fan until i saw a zen-cart site in action. I have some questions for you jpsndtek, if you would could you please reply to this post or send me an email. Thank You.
