Is there a way to turn the left blocks off from a specific plugin?

Can you be more specific - which plugin?

You will loose the common navigation on the left as I expect you know but gather you want the plugin to appear full page width.

Was thinking of making the OScommerce plugin be without the left blocks. I already have customized my layout to remove the neccesity of the left blocks. I really wish there was a native ecommerce plugin because OScommerce is so damn hard to figure out sometimes.

Look for calls to the geeklog COM_siteHeader and make them COM_siteHeader('none') calls to have it NOT show any left blocks.
