I installed the contempary theme as the base for my own theme, but there is an annoying bug in it which I can´t seem to place.
The standard professional theme does not have this feature/bug, but when I compare the .thml files for what could be causing this they seem identical.
So therefore my general request for help.
Which part of the theme can influence the rendering of the sections block.
I have been looking around but can´t seem to locate it.
The problem is that in contemporary the previous or next visited section is not displayed in the section block.
Example: Go to the original site http://www.axonz.com Click on Mac Life All of a sudden General News appears Click on Rave Culture All of a sudden Lime Light disappears.
I have the exact same problem at my site and any pointer to which .thtml can be causing this, please let me know.
Thanks, Boris

axonz doesn't seem to have a problem...
also, the page navigation is meant to traverse multiple pages within a particular topic if more than one page exists, otherwise the page nav will not appear.
If I have misunderstood your issue, please clarify what exactly you want to happen.
So at random the section items are dropped. But it is not the section item you are visting, ore the one you are having access too as they show up again onve you click somewhere else.
This behaviour happens both as admin and anonymous. (tested as admin on my site).
Greetz, Boris

well, I visited there again and.... works perfect.. no matter what topic I visit, all of the others are still listed.
Perhaps it is just a browser issue--Moz works fine... OH! IE is your problem. the behaviour describes shows up in IE.. Yes yes, IE sucks.
anyway, the template files responsible for this list of links is topicoption.thtml and topicoption_off.thtml unless there are custom ones refered to in the theme's functions.php file. good luck
