You haveto excuse me for being new. I have a simple question, in theory, but I'm not that literate. I simply want a new block, and have links underneat it. So li,e, when I installed fresh, there was the side menu with the "Topics" block, and under that were a few links, general and geeklog. I want to make a new one of those.

Create a "normal" block and just enter the HTML into it.
