I installed 1.3.7sr2 a few weeks ago and am upgrading to 1.3.11sr3.

I have used WinRAR to unzip the geeklog tar.gz file and I uploaded it to my directory with Leech FTP. The upload went well and now the confusion strikes...

According to the upgrade directions I should go to http://yourgeeklogsite/admin/install/install.php and select UPGRADE DATABASE. The issue is, however, that http://yourgeeklogsite/admin/install/install.php directs me straight to my index page.

Do you have any suggestions as what to do to finish up the upgrade process?

(assuming that you replaced "yourgeeklogsite" with your site's domain name, of course)

This is not something Geeklog does. Could it be something on your server? A local .htaccess file? Does your hosting service use a predefined "admin" directory? Something like that ...
