Apparently, even though some users have "allow other users to email me" checked in their preferences, it's still not allowing some users to email them and gives the message "sorry this user prefers not to receive any emails" as if they had it unchecked. However, some other users ARE able to get to the form to email them.

Isn't that wierd?
