First off, I'm dumb and don't know much about web design or geeklog. I downloaded the contemporary theme and I was wondering if you can completely take off the right block on the index page. Can this be done?

I am not familiar with the theme specifically, but with most theme's if you don't enable any right blocks then no blocks should appear and that side should be collapsed.
