Spam-X comes pre-installed with Geeklog, so there should be no need to install it.

What is your actual problem?

I need make upgrade,but I can not finde spam x plugin in my plugins list and I don't see the way to do this upgrade..

You can't just upgrade Spam-X on its own - later versions also require a later version of Geeklog. From your other post I assume you realized that yourself.
