On doing security check I get the following message:

Please fix the above issues before using your site!
Does anyone know what I have got to fix before using my site, everything else appears to be OK?

It's trying to access some files (db-config.php, etc.) via a URL to see if you installed things properly. Not sure where the "Connection refused" is coming from - something in your webserver's configuration probably.

If you followed our installation instructions and didn't put files and directories where they can be reached from the web, you should be fine.
