How to fix it?

Sothe text of your articles became question marks but the article titles and the rest of the site is fine?

Is this a straight upgrade or did you migrate to another web server/ host?

Looks like the site's URL triggered the spam filter - sorry about that. It's http://houseby.ru/

This looks like a problem with the character set settings. Check what's being used in siteconfig.php versus what the language file uses.
