As some Geeklog plugins use now Github, the temptation was strong to try to offer a tool that allows to directly update a plugin from a Github repository. That's what proposes Monitor plugin version 1.3.0.

This is still a modest step forward, since Monitor plugin as an example only support updates for the Captcha plugins and himself. Others will follow soon.
