I have two databases of GL2.2.0.
Can I merge them? If possible, how can I do that?

I tried to add rows from one DB to the other, for instance, on gl_users, but it failed because of the duplicated uids.

It would be possible but everything would have to be manually done and gets more difficult with how many plugins you are using.

Do both databases have a lot of content?

Do you need to move just the articles or absolutely everything??

The users will be the most difficult as you will have to create new ids for the users you are adding in and then make sure all the security records use the updated ids along with any content the user has created.
