My solution is www.calpop.com, I pay about 99 a month because I prepay. Normally it is 125 a month.
I use directadmin (www.directadmin.com), which comes free with your server.
I like it a lot better than the other panels.
It does not bring fantastico, but you can buy "installatron" (one time license for $29 if I am not mistaken). I bought it for my webhosting business and it is pretty cool, offering 44 scripts... Regrettably, it does not include Geeklog.
