Changing Installation Parameters

How can i change some of the parameters that I set up during the install? For instance, when i originally installed i allowed users to change the theme... now I want to lock it in? I am sure it is right in front of me.. i just can't see it :-) Thanks.

Have a look at /path/to/geeklog/config.php. It's all in there ...
