To understand this message replace each "BB" with a "<" and each "CC" with ">". You'll see why... Staticpage editor becomes sick when it encounter BBtextareaCC and BB/textareaCC tags. The source is "cut" right after the "BB/textareaCC" tag, and the "submit" and "clear" buttons appear outside and below the editor window !! I tried a few things but didn't find any workaround. By the way, I just noticed while submitting this article that the "story editor" does exactly the same thing. That's why I used "BB" and "CC".
