Does GL cache RSS feeds?

I have a friend who runs GL and I'd like him to use my RSS feed. The problem is my site is smal and his is huge, so if a number of people used my RSS feed my server would quickly be swamped. Does GL support caching or some mechanism where it doesn't request the RSS file each time it needs to be displayed?

Yes, Geeklog does cache RSS feeds. It also has a (currently hard-coded) limit such that it will read a feed only once per hour. bye, Dirk
