I said I was going to try to release it on my birthday but I'm thinking about taking a little more time to perfect everything...

Let me know via comments either on here or my site http://www.gxblock.com what I should do. Currently my phpbb2 project includes...

• Existing users of geeklog are automatically converted to phpbb2 through a conversion script.
• New users are automatically added to phpbb2 database along with the geeklog user database.
• Users and Admin(s) may change their passwords in geeklog and the password will also be changed in phpbb2.
• [Untested yet]When geeklog users update their profile their phpbb2 profile will be updated as well.

So you, yes YOU let me know if I should release it today or take a little more time to improve it and test for bugs. Thank you for your continued support!

perfect it! it'll be more worthwhile to look back on later...something like hey, i release a perfect coded phpbb2 plugin just days after my Birthday! Im very torn on this subject.. On one hand, I really want this pulgin, on the other hand, I want it to be perfect. hmmmm, screw it. Put my vote down for release it. I can deal with imperfections til an update comes out.

even if i can hardly wait for the release, test ist.... some days doesn't matter...

Release it, let us test it for you and notify you of bugs! I've been waiting for this for a long time. I would release it as a beta and make a disclaimer to all who download it that they should not use it on production sites until the official release.
