how to disable \"author exluded items\" for users?

hi i have a question, I\'m a user for geeklog.net, and when I go to my preferences and look at \"EXLCLUDED ITEMS for phadian\", it shows topics I can exclude. The geeklog I have setup, it allows me as a user, to have the choice to exclude topics and authors. The question is. how do I make the author exclusion menu choice not showned. therefore, the user is not able to exlude any users. thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to not give the users options to choose or exclude any topic. Please help. The 1 worked find for Authors but I want to take out the content feature. Topics, Authors and show/hide boxes. Please help! Smile
