I have transfered my website to my new server. Everything is working find except nothing can get submitted or updated (ie polls, story, admin stuff) and it doesn't work for any user type. MySQL user has full access to the database so what is wrong?

More info on problem:

If I try to edit something like a topic I click on it and I just get the same page over again (Topic Manager page) with no error.

As far as I can tell no errors are reported anywhere for my problem

I found my problem

register_globals = On

was not on in my php.ini file
