How do you add links to the topic block?

I just installed GL and in the topics block it has home and news but i want to add forum, contact and other links under that.... how do i do that? i cant find it in the admin control

You can't. The topics block is only for topics.

Have a look at Tom Willet's Menu plugin, it probably does what you want.
