Admin CAN change information
The *dialog* to change information is apearring
After pressing "save information" it goes back to previous.
Nothing in the logs.

How are you checking to see that the setting have not been changed?

Mozilla, for example, sometimes stores the contents of forms and then displays them again the next time that same form is called up. So it may look like nothing has changed, while the actual tables in the database have been updated.

I checked with 3 different browsers,
I checked with PHPMyAdmin that the data is not updated.

This is when I use "Account Informaton" from the "User Functions" box

However,
The Theme and language are updated in the database when changed.
