RDF file for individual users according to permissions?

Hi,
is it possible to have an rdf file created for each user (username.rdf) according to the userlevel, so that not only the public entries are listed?

Well, you could do this (if you hack the code), but since the resulting .rdf files would have to be public, the whole idea of having non-public stories would be kind of pointless ...

Well if the rdf file even has a public name, everyone would be able to see titles of other user's stories but still could not access them.
if you then, even give the rdf a secret name which only the individual user knows, everyone can see its own new stories on his rdf-newsticker, and access it since he has the right to do so.
I was thinking to use this for things like serence klipfolio (www.serence.com)
