no my host is *censored*in lame and goes down like an hour a day for like 5 mins at a time. i'm soo changing when i can. (1.3.8-1sr2)it's back up now. i've tried changing the style.css and styleforum.css but doesn't do anything. I've edited with notepad, editplus, and frontpage (worked the best). I'll change the hex numbers but the backgrounds just wont change. Could anyone help and be more specific like tell me what in the style.css i have to change? Like input td tdbold etc...

maybe check out the forum at portalparts.com. You might have better luck there.
