Wrong lib-common.php?

I am running GL sr4, but am having problems with html being stripped out of stories. I read the posts and figured I must have an old copy of lib-common.php. The date in the file says:

// $Id: lib-common.php,v 1.240 2003/07/16 13:04:19 dhaun Exp $
 

When I replaced it with a copy of the newest file dated October, 2003, I got a parse error on line 74, even though I modified the require once line for the config.php location.

What did I screw up? How can I fix it?

NEVER MIND!!!

I fixed it. I seem to be having real issues using Mozilla Firefox with cPanel X file manager/editor.

I'm going to stick with Notepad and ftp.
