Forum Install Problem

I tried to install to GL forum and when I go to the install.php file, I get this message:
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/nes/public_html/home/plugins/forum/config.php' (include_path='/home/nes/public_html/home/system/pear/:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/nes/public_html/home/admin/plugins/forum/install.php on line 53
It's kind of hard for me to understand the forum install documentation, so any walkthrus would be GREATLY appreciated!
